How to schedule a Google Meet call after adding the Betafi extension

Scheduling your Google Meet call stays the same

Nothing needs to change in the way you schedule your Google Meet calls. After scheduling the call, share the meeting link with other attendees like you always do.

Once the Google Meet call starts → Open the Betafi extension to record it, take timestamped notes, instantly tag important sections and post-call revisit the recording, transcript, and your notes.

NOTE: No change is required if you use Calendly to schedule your Google Meet. Just open the Betafi App during the Google Meet to experience the magic.

You can also schedule your Google Meet call from within the Betafi platform

  1. Click “Create Session”

  2. Select the project where you want to record this meeting

  3. Enter the meeting details

  4. In Select Platform → choose “Google Meet” from the menu and click “Create Session”

  5. Share the participant meeting link with other attendees of the meeting

When the meeting starts, open the Betafi extension to easily record the call and take notes.
