How to import all your notes to FigJam
Go to a FigJam file and then open the Betafi plugin (Login to the Betafi platform, if you are not already logged in)
Select the workspace and project whose notes you want to bring over to FigJam
Click “Import Notes”
All your notes are imported as stickies in FigJam. You can easily review them with your team without leaving FigJam.
You can also select some notes and drag and drop them into your FigJam board.
How to import notes auto-grouped by Questions or Tags to FigJam
In your FigJam file → open the Betafi plugin → Select a project whose notes you want to import
Click on the Sessions drop-down, select “Questions”
Click on “Import Notes” to bring notes auto-grouped by Questions to your FigJam board
You don’t need to spend any time organizing your notes in FigJam and can drive straight into categorizing stickies into themes.
How to embed video clips from Betafi to FigJam
In your FigJam file, open the Betafi plugin
Select a project whose clips you want to embed in FigJam
Go to the “Clips” tab and then “Import Clips”
All your clips are now available in FigJam, so you can quickly revisit impactful moments of your conversations without leaving FigJam.

If you’re new, you need to create an account first. We have added two sample projects to your Betafi account so you can quickly try out our plugin. Follow the steps below to import notes using these projects
Select one of the sample projects
Click “Import Notes” to bring all the notes of this project to your FigJam board
You can also drag and drop some notes to your FigJam board
