If you are using Zoom with a business account and the “Sign in to Add” button on the Betafi - Zoom marketplace page is greyed out for you, it means you need to request approval from your IT team.
Follow the steps below to add Betafi and get the approval:
Click on “Request Pre-Approval” on the Zoom authorization page for the Betafi App.
Write to your Zoom admin/IT team to get the approval. If you don’t know who your Zoom admin is, log in to Zoom → Go to My account → Account Profile to find the email address of the Account owner.
