What is a Project?

Project is a group of sessions with a common research goal. Each project can have multiple sessions that share a common set-up. So you can set Interview Questions or bring in your prototypes at the project level and they will be accessible across all the participants.

There are two types of projects on Betafi: Usability Testing and User Interviews.

Usability testing

Usability testing is recommended when you want to test your design prototypes or live websites to gather usability feedback on your designs and workflows.

​User Interviews

You would want to create a User Interview project when you want to validate your ideas or concepts or to better understand your user’s needs to build a product that they will love.
